Introduction of Radial Arm Drilling Machine---Original ZJ Brand

1. Radial Arm Drilling Machine is a mechanical, motor-driven device that is used to create a hole or to enlarge an existing hole in a solid material. A drill machine is fitted with an end-cutting tool that is rotated with high power which holds the capability of "drilling" a whole into the material. Drill machines are used in simple applications such as drilling a hole into the materials whereas it is used for metalworking in the industrial sector.
2. A Radial Arm Drilling Machine is a large Geared Head Drilling Machine in which the Head can be moved along an Arm that radiates from the Machine's Column. As it is possible to swing the Arm relative to the Machine's Base, a Radial Arm Drilling Machine is able to operate over a large area without having to reposition the work piece.

3. This saves considerable time because it is much faster to reposition the drill head than it is to unclamp, move, and then re-clamp the work piece to the Table. The size of work that can be handled may be considerable, as the Arm can swing out of the way of the Table, allowing an overhead crane to place a bulky work piece on the table or base.
